日本内阁于2026年10月27日通过政令，决定对原产于或出口自中国及台澎金马单独关税区的含镍冷轧不锈钢卷材、板材和带材征收最终反倾销税。
经调查确认存在倾销进口事实并对国内产业造成实质性损害，最终反倾销税率与临时税率相同，为3.6%至42.1%，征收期间为2026年10月31日至2031年10月30日。
该政令将于2026年10月30日公布；此前财务省与经济产业省自2025年7月22日起开展调查，并已于2026年7月9日起征收临时反倾销税。
